Trust Exercises

Trust is a process with numerous applications that vary depending on circumstances and conditions: friendship, family, neighbors, relationships, business, investments, even premonitions and visions that defy explanation. Trust is not normally included in any business management strategy unless you are in the military, under combat conditions, a successful sports team, a social revolutionary, or an inspirational business leader. Trust begins with touch. After that, trust gets very complicated, very interesting, and very important. The exercise includes falling backward, fireman’s carry, being held in the air, and other group support exercises and challenges.

Vitality

Vitality is the feeling you get when everything works. In business and relationships, when politics, drama, and uncertainty are managed well, people are able to participate in a wholesome environment. People want to come to work, do a good job, and are proud to be part of the organization or society. Vitality as a feedback strategy that helps determine effectiveness. This feedback loop includs reciprocity and constructive criticism. Relationships and family notice vitality as confirmation of responsibilities. The range of too much or not enough is a decidable, as well as maintainable, personal choice. The lack of vitality can be seen in absenteeism, injuries, product damage, theft, anonymous complaints, and declining profit margins. Ignoring vitality can cause difficult problems. The Japanese included it in the application of Kaizen.

Spontaneity measures an individual's response to changing conditions. Influences on spontaneity include the possibility that you might be living in a myopic environment. These choices are neither good nor bad, but they do impose oppressive conditions on spontaneity. Consider these conditions: aversive conditions often encourage, and even inspire, spontaneity. Think of international conflicts, cultural, social, and personal conflicts in your everyday life, including business, social networking, and family. Then consider the everyday insight of, People are people - fickle, opinionated, irrational, emotional, inconsistent, and wrong, or occasionally just normal. Trends change in unexpected ways, as do style, technology, customer and personal expectations, product quality, and innovations. Sitting still, and hoping for the best, is a strategy for not just being left behind, but to be forgotten - quickly!

Spontaneity

These seminars can only be attended if one has passed the preceding seminars.
The hidden lines of the Tibetan Nyingma traditional mandala depict one's foundation structure for accessing objective consciousness. Objective consciousness is not only human consciousness but also encompasses all levels of consciousness, from bacteria to cosmic consciousness. This practice requires an unusually strong personality. This strength is essential because one notices that human consciousness is neither wonderful nor helpful, nor even competitive, in the cosmic hierarchy.
The duration of these seminars is from a few hours to a very long time.

A Tibetan four-doorway Mandala is an ancient architectural rendering of a Celestial Mansion. The hidden lines are the foundation structure of the rest of this mystical meditation environment. Each Mandala is proportional, with no specifically defined unit of measurement, and is associated with a practice that has a specific, even unique, outcome.

Introduction to the Tambolian Map

The Tambolian Map has two initial conditions: the Mark of Emptiness and Self-Secret. Once you understand these conditions, you can enter this pictograph. The Mark of Emptiness is defined as unchanging regardless of time, access, or application. Self-Secret is defined as inaccessible until one is qualified to manage the outcomes.
A Tambolian Myth says: Most people live their lives as if they were in a dark room, bumping into things they learn very little about. An epiphany is when someone turns on the light in that room. The Tambolian Map is a map of your mind with all the lights turned on.

These seminars can only be attended if one has passed the preceding seminars.
This seminar is for those who decide to pursue mystical insights into ancient lineage practices and expect lifestyle change and a shift in conditional perceptions. The Tambolian Map is defined as a map of your mind with all the lights turned on. Oddly enough, this map is also a map of the human condition with its advantages and limitations. The map also shows the generally poor human application of these conditions. Ignorance of conditions often leads to disastrous decisions.
The duration of these seminars is from a few hours to a very long time.

Prerequisites:

Balance and centering are two different postures that, when combined, give the practitioner an advantage others do not have, but it is occasionally noticed at a distance. Historically, these postures are noticed concerning yogis, mystics, clairvoyants, and others. Unfortunately, this lifestyle choice changes one’s perspective and interpretation concerning what constitutes socially sustainable decision-making.

These seminars can only be attended if one has passed the preceding seminars.
This seminar is for those who decide to pursue the deeper levels of insight and effectiveness. Some postures have been proposed for Trust and Power. There are more postures for balance centering. Mostly, these postures encourage longer, more specific conditions, including foot and hand positions. There are unexpected consequences: these postures enhance sensitivity, special awareness, and physical sensitivity. Often, friends, relatives, and family will not appreciate these choices, so be prepared for social criticism.
The duration of these seminars is from a few hours to a very long time.

Power through Balance

Power through balance is not only a physical experience; it must also include mental and emotional balance. Integrating these conditions is a conscious choice that requires an investment in learning and accumulating experiences. Listening and noticing feedback is the hard part and the most difficult to obtain.
Balance is recognizing that, to accomplish any task, you have to be out of balance. Managing this imbalance is the difficult part. There is also a center within balance. When you are both balanced and centered in that balance, you have more effective opportunities for insight into Sustainable Decision-Making outcomes.

The intention of this seminar series is to promote and encourage sustainable decision-making for an egalitarian world village. The historical record of the effectiveness of these seminars is evident in the education of the Babaloian culture, the Chinese Confucian philosophy, and ancient Zoroasterian social values.
